Tobias Haglund is currently the Director of Development and Area Developer for Young Life San Diego. He started his ministry and non-profit work with Young Life in 2010, after achieving his Masters in Theology from Bethel University Seminary.

Tobias grew up in Perris, CA, and went to high school in Riverside. He started his Rotary journey then as President of the Interact Club. Upon graduation he attended UCSD for his Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Both of his parents, his brother and his wife are all school teachers. Tobias and Kristin have two children.

He ended his self introduction with the “Four Truths and a Lie” game. He’d like to get to know you better by helping you figure out which of these five things is a lie about him:

1. Spent his 16th birthday in 6 different countries.
2. Sang the National Anthem at his high school graduation.
3. Been blessed by the Pope.
4. Celebrated Queen Elizabeth’s birthday at Buckingham Palace.
5. Not all of his organs are original parts.
