Paul Swain
Paul Swain is the Administrator for Business at The Salvation Army in San Diego, where he has served for almost twenty years. Prior to that, he was a veteran in the Army and Army National Guard. He has a Masters in Ministry from Indiana Wesleyan University, and is also a locksmith by trade.
Paul has overcome drug and alcohol addiction, as well as homelessness. His unique perspective on some of our areas most pressing issues, based on lived experience, have made him want to become involved in our Military Affairs Committee as well as Camp Enterprise.
As a former Rotarian, Paul is no stranger to our motto of Service Above Self. He was a member of Monterey Rotary Club for several years, and is excited to jump right in with Club 33’s community, national and international efforts. He is married to Jennifer Swain and has four children, and one granddaughter.
Paul thanks his sponsors Roger Haines, Glenn Younger and Walter Lam
