Katie Do is Client Services Director for Blair Search Partners, an executive search and recruiting firm specializing in working with nonprofits and public agencies, helping organizations find the right leaders who align with their mission and values. She has spent her career as a multicultural leader with extensive experience in developing social impact communication strategies and executive recruitment that drive business development.

Katie is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, with intermediate abilities in Spanish. International work experience in five countries. Board member at the American Red Cross, San Diego & Imperial Counties.

Born in Taiwan, Katie has family members active in Rotary through the Hsinchu, Taiwan chapter. She is excited about the opportunity to contribute her international work and nonprofit experience to Rotary 33 in San Diego.
