Azareel Canizales is the Project Onramp Manager at Life Sciences Cares. This organization provides human and financial resources to impactful partner organizations throughout San Diego that address the survival, education and sustainability of systemically under-resourced community members and future generations. As a YoPro, he is developing his career in Human Resources and Project Management,and is a recent graduate of SDSU, with a BS in Business Management specializing in Human Resource Management.

Azareel served as Executive Vice President of SDSU Rotaract Club where he led the mentorship program, and served as a liaison to many Rotary Clubs in District 5340. He was the project lead for Camp LEAD, Camp Enterprise, and he also helped start an Interact Club at the Barrio Logan College Institute. Also serving as VP of Recruitment, Azareel was in charge of outreach, application revision, interviews and and deliberations, as well as the logistics of the club.
