SDSU Mission Valley: Built for San Diego

After purchasing the Mission Valley stadium site in August 2020, San Diego State University immediately began construction on SDSU Mission Valley and Aztec Stadium. As Aztec Stadium begins to rise, San Diego Stadium’s demolition will unlock the site’s development potential, which will include innovation space, housing, and a community River Park.

Gina Jacobs, Associate Vice President for Mission Valley Development and JD Wicker, Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, will share an update on the university’s progress and planning.
