In this presentation, Dr. Babcock will introduced the audience to Forever Balboa Park, a leading nonprofit organization in Balboa Park, working to enhance the park for all of its visitors. Focusing on equity and inclusion and the role of parks as civic spaces, Elizabeth will share the ways that Forever Balboa Park is currently transforming the park, and some upcoming projects and programs to engage diverse audiences as park enthusiasts, stewards, volunteers and supporters.
