Erin Kaufman is the Executive Director of Miracle Babies, a mission-driven organization devoted to empowering families with newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Through a range of comprehensive services, including critical resources, transportation assistance, and emotional support, Miracle Babies ensures that families can remain close to their infants, fostering a vital connection that supports healing and resilience. She is passionate about contributing to causes that strengthen our community and support families and children. Her work with Miracle Babies has reinforced her commitment to service, particularly in areas that support health, education, and community development.

Erin was born and raised in Orange County, received her undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s College and her masters from Pepperdine. She then moved to NYC where her career in the nonprofit sector began, initially working as a volunteer coordinator for AmeriCorps.

She has volunteered as a high school mentor for United Way. When she isn’t busy working or volunteering, Erin enjoys reading, traveling, Mexican cuisine and celebrating with family.
