Annual Giving Thanks, Giving Back Auction

Members – the time to donate is now, we are only a few weeks away from the auction!
We are asking all members of Club 33 for 3 things:

  1. to attend the Giving Thanks, Giving Back annual luncheon on 11/29
  2. to donate a bottle of quality wine, minimum 92 pts.  There is the option of a $50 donation in lieu of the wine. (You can email the office to let them know to bill you)
  3. also, each member is asked to Give or Get a donation item for our Live or Silent auction.  Be creative!!!

The last day to submit auction donation items is on November 26. All items must be delivered to the Rotary office.

Attendance is also a key part of the success of our auction so we encourage you to bring your family, friends, neighbors or co-workers so they, too, can do some pre-holiday shopping! (Be sure to inform the office if you will be bringing guests to the program.)
ARRIVE TO EARLY! Our Silent Auction will begin at 11:00. While shopping and bidding on the many wonderful auction items, you can enjoy a glass of champagne or mimosa, too!
This is our only fundraiser of the year so your participation in the auction and paddle raise is most appreciated. Your support raises money to support our Club’s service projects and our Impact Fund. Thank you, Rotarians! We are looking forward to another fun and successful event!
