As a 28-year veteran of the DEA and having spent most of his career in San Diego, Agent Rockwell “Rocky” Herron will discuss the current situation with the importation and consumption of hard drugs (opioids, heroin, methamphetamine, counterfeit pills) and the impact that this consumption has on our individuals, families, communities, country, and internationally. The drug crisis is worse than most of us realize and this presentation intends to create awareness about the true scope of the problem.
