After years of hating what he did for a living, Sam figured it out and now has 15 Emmys, a dozen appearances on Good Morning America & The Today Show, 5 cook books, 3.5 million subscribers to his YouTube channel, and is a partner in 3 restaurants in San Diego. We can put it this way – at the age of 63 he finally LOVES what he does for a living.
