Moore is known for devising data-driven solutions to political problems. During his time on Capitol Hill, Moore helped redesign constituent communications for House Republicans, incorporating data mining techniques to improve efficiency of communication. In 2011, Campaigns & Elections Magazine awarded Moore the “CampaignTech Innovator of the Year” award for his efforts. By helping design the systems for constituent communications, Moore has unique insights into the most effective grassroots tactics for influencing Congress.
