Tom Herman is an award-winning journalist and author who now teaches a seminar on the media at the University of San Diego. Tom wrote for The Wall Street Journal as a full-time staffer for more than 40 years, including 16 years as the Tax Report columnist, and still writes a column on taxes for the Journal’s Wealth Management section.
