He will speak about regional benefits that ESD is trying to accomplish and the partners that we are working with to bring this event to San Diego (The Port and the TMD/Tourism Authority). He will also discuss the concept of “foiling.” (A hydro-foil is a lifting surface that operates in water and helps a boat reach higher speeds)
