DESCRIPTION:We’re honored to have the sitting Rotary International President join us. Come to hear first hand how the more than 1.2 million members in 33\,000 clubs from over 230 countries are making a difference. Mr. Riseley will also join us in celebrating our commitment to planting 500 trees at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park this year. This opportunity comes around rarely so be sure to make this meeting! \nPresident Riseley is a member of the Rotary Club of Sandringham in Victoria\, Australia. \nHis honors include the AusAID Peacebuilder Award from the Australian government in recognition of his work in East Timor\, the Medal of the Order of Australia for services to the Australian community\, the Distinguished Service Award and the Regional Service Award for a Polio-Free World from The Rotary Foundation. \nA Rotarian since 1978\, Riseley has served as treasurer\, director\, Foundation trustee\, and member and chair of numerous RI and Foundation committees.
