It will come complete with a privately funded modern stadium for a new Major League Soccer team and collegiate football\, much needed student and market rate housing\, as well as job and research space to grow the economy and meet SDSU’s future needs. The plan includes a new river park and community fields\, all at zero cost to taxpayers.
