DESCRIPTION:Archi’s Acres is a Small Scale Hydro-Organic Farm in North County Escondido\, known for Living Basil\, Kale\, Spinach\, and tomatoes. A veteran family owned farm that is also the home of Veterans Sustainable Agriculture Training (VSAT).  VSAT assists in transitioning active duty\, veterans and civilians into Sustainable Organic Agriculture as a career. \nThe presentation will be by Karen Archipley who is the Co-Founder of Archi’s Acres www.archisacres.com. Karen has been a dominant force in creating media attention and the branding of Archi’s Acres. Her creative entrepreneurial skills will help identify emerging markets and niche products as well as establishing relationships with new buyers and points-of-sale. She is no beginner to entrepreneurship\, as she has created other successful companies such as Fashion Matrix\, a leader in women’s clothing accessories\, importing from Italy and Canada.
