Wendy Garrett Rosenthal is a San Diego native, a Point Loma High School graduate, and a UCLA alum. After college, she spent 17 years living outside of California, buying and selling homes in Northern California, Chicago, and New Jersey. She returned to San Diego in 2014, and soon after entered the retail mortgage business. She served as the preferred lender for the Keller Williams La Mesa and Keller Williams North Inland offices, providing regular market updates and educational guidance to real estate agents, helping ensure clients were well-prepared and transactions closed smoothly.

As a mortgage broker at Garrett Loans, Wendy specializes in Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo loans, and is a VA-certified loan officer, proudly helping active-duty service members and veterans fully understand and maximize their hard-earned VA benefits. She also works extensively with DSCR and bank statement loans for investors and self-employed borrowers.

She lives in Liberty Station and is a proud mom to two adult children, Jaden and Jessa. She currently serves as a Deacon at Point Loma Community Presbyterian Church and previously served for six years on the Point Loma Association Board, including as the Annual Dinner Gala Chair in 2019 and 2022. Wendy is a sustaining Member of Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary, La Playa Unit.
